NAH wanted to improve their web presence while developing a system to track the source of their enquiries.

Lateral developed a user-friendly site based around a reassuring, comfortable brand identity. A tracking system displayed alternative phone numbers, enabling a much more efficient pay-per-click campaign. We also developed two new brands from scratch for NAH: No Win No Fee Claims and Benchmark Insurance.

In independent research commissioned by NAH, all ratings of the website were fairly high. Key strengths were ease of completing the claims form and general ease of use/site speed. Attractiveness and depth of information were also significantly higher than the UK average.
