Which? asked Lateral to develop a dynamic online tour to highlight the wide range of valuable content on offer, demonstrate the interactive features of the site and encourage new members to join.
An animated introduction leads to a control panel where users can choose to navigate the tour themselves or just sit back and watch. While demonstrating the breadth and depth of information available, prompts appear encouraging viewers to become members. The design of the tour visually demonstrates the interactive features of Which? online.
The finished tour has been really well received. There are plans to develop each module further so that they can be used as guides within individual site sections.
